General EMGS Visa Process

All GCC students follow the same EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services) process to get a Malaysia student visa. The process is entirely online — no Malaysia embassy visit required.

  1. Get your university offer letter through Myuni Features
  2. University submits EMGS application on your behalf
  3. Pay EMGS fee (~RM 2,500)
  4. Complete medical examination in your home country
  5. Receive visa approval letter (4–6 weeks)
  6. Travel to Malaysia
  7. Complete visa sticker at your university
